Brattleboro's first Permanent Supportive Housing Program is based on a Housing First
approach, targeted at those struggling with chronic homelessness. The former Lamplighter motel was transformed and rehabilitated to provide 22 studio and one bedroom apartments, with a shared community room and on-site programs and services.
